1. To undertake process research work such as drug synthesis process experiment, pilot test and scale-up;

2. Be able to independently carry out process optimization and scale-up work, and complete the experimental process according to project requirements;

3. Organize and archive product development technical materials and data in a timely manner, and complete the preparation, sorting and archiving of raw material process technology packages.

 

Qualifications:

1. Can adapt to 12-hour shift work;

2. Three years of work experience in chemical companies or more than one year of workshop production management experience;

3. College degree or equivalent or above, major in chemical, material, pharmaceutical, analysis, biology and other related fields.
