1. Participate in opening up the synthesis route and optimize the synthesis process and route, and formulate quality standards for raw materials and intermediates

2. Be responsible for or assist in the formulation of pilot-scale experimental plans and pilot-scale production

3. Standardly fill in the experimental records and reports. After the completion of the small test and pilot test, write a summary report and related materials and submit it on time

4. Responsible for the daily work of the laboratory

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader

 

Qualifications:

1. Master degree or above, major in chemistry or related fields

2. Good communication skills, learning skills and teamwork skills

3. English CET-6 or above, proficient computer skills
